Big Day!

Today was the day we made Madison's adoption official! We were only actually in the courtroom for 20 minutes or so and everything went great! Peyton was nervous the judge would ask him some hard questions but he did great. I think he has seen too much Judge Judy and was worried she would yell at him. The judge was very nice and we had no problems.Below are some pictures of the day.
The judge let Peyton hold her gavel for this picture after she found out he was so nervous about talking to her. She was really great!

After you make your adoption official where else would you go to lunch but The Beacon! Here is Madison's picture at her first trip to the Beacon!

Here is Peyton with his first Chili Cheese! He has always ordered chicken nuggets there but decided to give it a try!

Our sweet smiling girl! She didn't get to taste the grease but she enjoyed her visit!

It was a great day for our family. We came home and took naps and watched movies the rest of the day.We are so blessed and couldn't imagine our family without her!

Brewer's Get Together 2009

A few weeks ago we got together with the Brewer side of the family for our annual get together. This year we went to my Uncle and Aunt's house at Clark Hill. It was a beautiful day to spend outside with family. I somehow missed getting the annual family picture on my camera but I did get a few shots of the day. Peyton had fun playing football and redneck golf with his cousins. It was great fun!

Fall Baseball

It has been a busy time for us and I am finally getting caught up! Peyton played fall ball this year through Spartanburg County Rec and had a pretty good expereince. He got to play pitcher, first, short stop, and the outfield during the season. I enjoyed going to watch him play and he had fun with his friends.Madison and I only came to the 6:00 game because 7:30 games were just too late for her! However, she enjoyed the games she did get to see.Below are a few shots from the season.
