New Year's Eve and Day

After our family photo session we enjoyed some hanging out. Katie and I took a quick shopping trip and the dad's started to food for our New Year's Eve meal. We ate some yummy food and then watched Duke play some football. We ended it with our traditional watching of the ball drop and a sparkling juice toast. This year all my kids stayed awake until midnight! Everyone had a great time!

Lucy had fun helping the dads with the pigs in a blanket.

We all made it to midnight!
All the Kinards made it to midnight except for John!
We spent New Year's day soaking in the last of our time at the lake house. Brad cooked our traditional lunch and we watched the Gamecocks play in a bowl game.

New Year's Family Photos

We took some family pictures at the lake. Katie did a great job snapping some shots even with a challenging two year old who did not want to cooperate.

New Year's Lake Trip

We took our annual trip to the lake for New Year's with the Kinards. It was a great time away with lots of relaxing, eating and laughing. I love how our kids have the best time together and how we adults can just hang out and enjoy the time together. The days leading up to New Year's Eve we did a lot of hanging around and enjoying technology.
